What to do:
Email us at support@pronti.app with as many details as you can give us find your old account and prove it is you.
Here are some suggestions for what you can send:
- a screen capture of the My Account page of the Old App
- your email or emails
- your city and country
- when do you think you first made the account
- about how many closet items do you think you have
- the name you put
- the gender you put
- your phone details (Android, iOS, make of your phone - sometimes we have details associated but not always)
